1. Introduction

Powered Sciences ("we," "us," or "our") built Flappy McBatface, a simple one-button arcade game. This Privacy Policy describes our information practices when you use the App.

2. Information We Do Not Collect

Flappy McBatface is designed to work without collecting personal data. We do not collect:

• Your name, email address, or phone number
• Account credentials of any kind — the App has no accounts or sign-in
• Location data or GPS coordinates
• Contact lists, calendar data, or photos
• Financial or payment information

3. Information Stored Locally On Your Device

Flappy McBatface saves a small local save file on your device to remember your best score and a control-layout preference (which side of the screen the screech button sits on). This file never leaves your device, is never transmitted to us or any third party, and is removed when you uninstall the App.

4. Advertising

The Android version of Flappy McBatface shows a short interstitial ad, served by Google AdMob, after you finish a run and choose to play again. We do not run our own advertising or tracking — all ad serving is handled by Google's Mobile Ads SDK.

Before any ad request, the App uses Google's User Messaging Platform (UMP) to request consent as required by GDPR (EU), UK GDPR, and Swiss data protection law. If you decline or consent is not required in your region, only non-personalized ads are requested. To serve ads, Google may collect and use identifiers such as your device's advertising ID. This processing is governed by Google's advertising privacy policy.

5. Permissions

Flappy McBatface requests only the internet access permission needed to request and display ads. We do not request permissions for contacts, location, camera, microphone, phone calls, SMS, storage, or any other sensitive functionality.

6. Sharing Your Score

After a run, you may choose to share your distance using Android's built-in share sheet. This opens the standard system chooser so you can send a short text message through an app of your choosing (e.g. Messages, email). Powered Sciences never sees or handles this content — it goes directly from your device to the app you pick.

7. Third-Party Services

Flappy McBatface does not include any analytics SDKs, crash-reporting SDKs, or social media SDKs of our own.

The third parties involved in running the App are Google Play (for distribution) and Google AdMob (for the interstitial ads described above). Please review Google's Privacy Policy for information about data Google collects.

8. Children's Privacy

Flappy McBatface is not directed at children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us personal information, please contact us and we will promptly delete it.

9. Data Security

Because we do not collect personal data and run no backend, there is no personal data of yours stored on our servers to protect. The local save file on your device is subject to Android's standard app sandboxing and your device's security settings.

10. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes will be reflected by updating the "Effective date" at the top of this page. For significant changes, we will update the in-app description on Google Play. Continued use of the App after any modification constitutes your acceptance of the updated Policy.

11. Governing Law

This Privacy Policy is governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes relating to this policy will be resolved in accordance with applicable legal requirements.
